Narmi, a leading provider of digital banking solutions, today formally announced additions and promotions to its leadership team to further propel the company's growth and momentum. The new hires - Chris Collins as Vice President of Growth, Amy Pardee as General Counsel, and Jessica Vogol as Senior Vice President of Marketing - underscore Narmi's commitment to excellence and innovation. Additionally, Sid Viswanath has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations & Strategy.  

In the role of Vice President of Growth, Chris Collins brings extensive expertise in scaling technology-driven companies across multiple industries, including Banking and Financial Services. Collins most recently led the financial services vertical for Medallia, a $500mm ARR+  provider of SaaS customer experience solutions. His passion for financial institutions, coupled with his hands-on experience in optimizing and driving sustainable growth strategies, will play a pivotal role in guiding Narmi's continued expansion.  

Amy Pardee joins the company as General Counsel, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the legal industry, most recently at Block (formerly known as Square), where she developed Block’s international Enterprise Risk Management Program, provided product, commercial, and regulatory counsel for cutting edge financial technologies across diverse regulatory regimes, and led the International Legal Team. Pardee's leadership will enable the company to navigate the complexities of the evolving regulatory landscape and to continue to reinforce a culture of compliance and strong corporate governance at Narmi.   

Jessica Vogol, a SaaS veteran with over 15 years of experience, joins Narmi as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining Narmi, Vogol spent eight years at Movable Ink, a marketing technology company, where she grew and later led the marketing team to support a $100MM+ ARR business. Notably, during her tenure, she created Think Summit, a leading MarTech conference in New York. Vogol's focus on experience creation, her ability to connect with senior audiences, and her comprehensive grasp of the market will be invaluable to helping Narmi scale.   

Narmi has also promoted Sid Viswanath to Senior Vice President, Operations & Strategy. Viswanath has spent the last two years hiring and scaling Narmi’s operations team, including the General Manager team, Implementations team, and Business Operations in addition to other verticals. His new role includes oversight of the Partnerships and Support domains. Viswanath’s teams have achieved strong results over his past two years at Narmi, and most recently achieved a 9.5/10 on a recent CSAT survey and an 8.6/10 on a recent implementation survey.
